Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., US GAAP)
- Prepare financial analyses, variance explanations, and management reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Support the department by providing guidance and mentorship to the accounting team
- Support finance systems and ERP processes
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (accounting preferred)
Professional accounting qualification or progress toward one (CPA, ACCA, ACA, CMA preferred)
8 10 years of experience in accounting or financial controllership
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Highly proficient in Excel, including complex financial models; ERP system experience required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication and collaboration skills
