The ideal candidate

  • Bachelor s Degree in Education with PGCE and/or QTS
  • NPQH or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in secondary school leadership, with a track record of supporting teachers and driving whole-school improvement
  • Strong background in curriculum development and assessment, ideally within international frameworks
  • assionate about fostering student wellbeing, resilience, and achievement, ensuring every learner reaches their full potential
  • Committed to continuous development, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to the school s long-term strategic goals
