Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day property operations
Support guest relations
Handle inquiries or concerns professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
Ensure cleanliness and safety standards
Maintain service quality of the Building
Occupancy management, and reports
Improving operational efficiency and guest experience
Manage teams engineering, maintenance, security, housekeeping, laundry
Ensuring standards of amenities Sports area, café, gym, business lounge
Desired Candidate Profile
Highly Professional
Ground Experience
Strong Control and Command
Ability to work Under pressure
Technically Sound
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate maintenance or custodial teams
Ability to work on weekends or holidays as required
Required Skill Set
Must have Basic Experience in
Preparation of Computerize reporting
MS word
MS Excel
English Fluency
