Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. HRIS Management & Data Analytics

  • Manage and maintain the HRIS system to ensure accurate and real-time employee information for both white-collar and blue-collar staff.
  • Generate manpower analytics and HR dashboards (headcount, attrition, overtime, productivity ratios).
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and confidentiality in line with company standards and UAE Labour Law.

2. HR Operations,

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including offboarding transfers, renewals, exits, and document control.
  • Supervise data accuracy (attendance, overtime, shift differentials, deductions) and coordinate with Finance.
  • Manage time and attendance systems across factory and office locations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory obligations.
  • Manage and support disciplinary processes including investigations, documentation, issuance of warnings, and coordination with department heads.

3. HR Policy & Compliance

  • Conduct internal HR audits to ensure compliance with UAE & GCC labour regulations.
  • Partner with HSE and Admin for workforce welfare, insurance renewals, and accommodation management.

4. Employee Experience & Support

  • Act as the HRIS focal point for employees and managers, ensuring system accessibility and issue resolution.
  • Enhance employee experience through process automation and self-service functionalities.
  • Support engagement initiatives, employee surveys, and HR operations improvement projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) is essential; proficiency in system administration and data management is required.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment laws, ensuring compliance in all HR operations.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HRIS and HR operations, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with employees at all levels.
