Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Performance Management: Support the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems and employee development plans.
- HR Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company HR policies, updating policies as required.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and workshops to support employee growth and engagement.
- Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, including contracts, leave balances, and performance reviews.
- HR Reporting: Prepare regular HR reports, such as recruitment metrics, employee turnover, and engagement surveys, for senior management.
- Administrative Support: Assist with payroll preparation, visa processing, and other HR administrative tasks.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
