Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Support the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems and employee development plans.
  • HR Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company HR policies, updating policies as required.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and workshops to support employee growth and engagement.
  • Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, including contracts, leave balances, and performance reviews.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare regular HR reports, such as recruitment metrics, employee turnover, and engagement surveys, for senior management.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with payroll preparation, visa processing, and other HR administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
    • Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
    • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
