Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Source and attract healthcare professionals
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding
- Maintain recruitment database and reports
- Ensure timely hiring as per manpower plan
- Mandatory Healthcare Domain Experience
Requirements:
- 4 7 years of recruitment experience (Healthcare Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of sourcing portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- GCC experience is an advantage
Location: Muscat, Oman
