  • Manage and process a high volume of admission applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines, becoming the gatekeeper of the application process.

  • Conduct thorough preliminary reviews of application materials, identifying and escalating complex cases, showcasing your analytical skills.

  • Communicate effectively with prospective students and families via email, phone, and in-person, providing clear and concise information, building strong relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, providing a solid foundation for understanding the role.
  • Holds at least 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, demonstrating practical experience.
  • Exhibits exceptional organizational and time-management skills, ensuring efficient handling of multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), demonstrating essential technical skills.
