Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the management of Emrill Group’s learning and development programmes, standards, activities, and methods.

  • Implement the annual learning and development calendar, whilst maintaining adaptive to changing organisational needs

  • Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads in identifying learning and performance needs in an organisational, project/department, and individual level.

  • Lead the creation and evolution of Emrill Group’s learning culture, establishing joint responsibility with subject matter experts and process owners.

  • Evaluate effectiveness of existing learning programmes, identifying gaps and bespoke solutions.

  • Support adult learning using principles and techniques that maximise learner engagement, knowledge acquisition and capability building.

  • Deliver customised learning and development inductions to new leaders of the business.

  • Create teaching materials and learning aids, suitable to learning styles and needs.

  • Engage and network with external partners in the delivery of high-quality learning programmes to Emrill Group employees.

  • Regularly identify people development trends and innovations that could potentially benefit current people’s needs.

  • Ensure that the learning methods are developed with effective health and safety arrangements in place to protect employees from any potential risk or harm.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years teaching experience (desirable)

  • Minimum 4 years in training design on leadership and management programmes

  • Minimum 3 years in assessing and evaluating leadership and management programmes against CIPD / ILM / City & Guilds standards

FM Job Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Facility Management industry
