Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure full compliance with DFSA PIB requirements, timely PIB submissions, and adherence to DFSA Principles for Authorised Individuals

  • Prepare and deliver capital adequacy, financial resources, and liquidity reports, along with budgets, forecasts, and stress scenario assessments
  • Support finance, accounting, and control functions including IFRS compliant accounting, financial policy oversight, transaction reviews, and internal audit coordination
  • Manage tax related responsibilities such as UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, regulatory updates, FTA representations, and support for outsourced tax/finance services
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, auditors, and cross functional teams to ensure strong client delivery and protect information assets in line with ISMS requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in a tax and regulatory environment

  • Good working knowledge of IFRS and ability to independently handle related functions
  • Expected to perform Finance Officer duties and provide related client support
  • Preferably experienced with reporting and licensed activities under DFSA and/or FSRA regimes.
  • Professional qualification: CA, CPA, or ACCA.
