Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead Business Valuation, Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and Capital Markets engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong financial analysis capabilities, deep understanding of deal processes, and the ability to manage client relationships while delivering high-quality advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive business, equity, and asset valuations using DCF, market, and transaction methods.
Prepare detailed valuation reports for regulatory, financial reporting, investment, and internal decision-making purposes.
Analyze financial statements, industry performance, and market conditions to determine value drivers
Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence across various sectors.
Assess financial health, validate revenue streams, identify risks, and evaluate quality of earnings.
Prepare due diligence reports highlighting findings, implications, and recommendations.
Support end-to-end transaction processes, including deal evaluation, structuring, negotiation support, and financial modeling.
Prepare pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction documentation.
Conduct feasibility studies, business plans, and financial projections.
Lead M&A engagements including target identification, valuation, deal structuring, and integration planning.
Coordinate with legal, tax, and financial teams to facilitate seamless execution of transactions.
Support clients with strategic advice on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Assist clients in raising capital through equity, debt, or hybrid instruments.
Conduct market assessments, investor profiling, and financial structuring for capital-raising activities.
Support IPO readiness, private placements, and interactions with banks, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Professional certifications preferred: CA, CPA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent.
3-5 years of experience in valuation, due diligence, M&A, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.
Ability to lead teams and mentor junior analysts.
