Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead Business Valuation, Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and Capital Markets engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong financial analysis capabilities, deep understanding of deal processes, and the ability to manage client relationships while delivering high-quality advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive business, equity, and asset valuations using DCF, market, and transaction methods.

• Prepare detailed valuation reports for regulatory, financial reporting, investment, and internal decision-making purposes.

• Analyze financial statements, industry performance, and market conditions to determine value drivers

• Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence across various sectors.

• Assess financial health, validate revenue streams, identify risks, and evaluate quality of earnings.

• Prepare due diligence reports highlighting findings, implications, and recommendations.

• Support end-to-end transaction processes, including deal evaluation, structuring, negotiation support, and financial modeling.

• Prepare pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction documentation.

• Conduct feasibility studies, business plans, and financial projections.

• Lead M&A engagements including target identification, valuation, deal structuring, and integration planning.

• Coordinate with legal, tax, and financial teams to facilitate seamless execution of transactions.

• Support clients with strategic advice on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.

• Assist clients in raising capital through equity, debt, or hybrid instruments.

• Conduct market assessments, investor profiling, and financial structuring for capital-raising activities.

• Support IPO readiness, private placements, and interactions with banks, investors, and regulatory bodies.
