Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with all online advertising including, but not limited to, SEM, social media (organic & paid), programmatic, native, and direct display, retargeting, mobile advertising, affiliate marketing.
  • Assist in driving conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, including supporting A/B testing and personalisation strategies across the digital ecosystem, using analytics and experimentation tools.
  • Manage and maintain Google Business Profile (GBP) and Tripadvisor business accounts to ensure accurate representation, timely updates, and effective engagement with online audiences.
  • Support the overall multi-language campaign strategy and day-to-day agency management.
  • Coordinating campaign assets, landing page optimisation, SEO, and campaign strategy.
  • Day-to-day agency management including, but not limited to, resort Google My Business listings, implementing SEO page optimisations, Metasearch, website CMS system updates.
  • Coordination of administrative duties such as invoicing across our agencies and vendors.
  • Build relationships and coordinate tasks with internal stakeholders and Resorts.
  • Coordination of content to be pushed across our multiple organic and paid channels.
  • The Digital Assistant Manager role ensures coordination and alignment across all digital channels. Additionally, they monitor digital and social media trends in the luxury industry, and identify new asset requirements across digital and social media channels.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

  • Fluent in English, written and spoken, Arabic language is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to meet tight deadlines.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with paid advertising, SEO activities, digital marketing campaigns and organic social media.
  • College degree (BS/BA) preferred.
  • Data-Driven approach and thinking.
  • Skilled in analysis, problem solving and decision making.
  • Technically savvy-minded but with creative marketing flair with good presentation skills using Keynote or PowerPoint.
  • Experienced in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an advantage (Datorama & Advertising Studio).
  • Experience working across various analytics or business intelligence tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker Studio).
  • Adobe software skills would be an advantage.
