Are you passionate about sourcing the finest ingredients and products for the F&B industry? We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our highly motivated team of Procurement Professionals who deliver exceptional value to our Award-winning F&B outlets every day.

In this role you will lead strategic sourcing for F&B categories, ensuring quality, sustainability and cost-effectiveness. You will build and manage supplier relationships to deliver reliable supply and continuous innovation. Your expertise in negotiation and contract management will drive cost savings and operational efficiency. Working closely with chefs and operations teams, you will support menu innovation and business growth while staying ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

You have a proven track record in F&B Procurement, Supply Chain or Purchasing with strong negotiation skills and record of delivering cost savings. You will also have excellent communication and relationship building skills.
