Roles & Responsibilities

To assist the Events/Banquets Manager in managing the assigned functions as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the department s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, and contributing to the financial success of the Events/Banquets operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or Event Management. Minimum 2 years of work experience as an Assistant Banquet Manager or Banquet Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or event venue with high service standards.
