Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and enforcement of security design policies and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to identify and address security requirements in projects.
  • Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities in designs.
  • Research and integrate advanced security technologies and practices into design processes.
  • Ensure alignment with legislation and compliance standards relevant to data protection.
  • Drive knowledge sharing around IT security best practices within the organization.
  • Participate in incident management and post-incident analysis to refine security designs.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements in IT security to continuously optimize security strategies.
  • Lead key projects related to security initiatives while collaborating with internal teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT security or related fields, with a focus on system design.
  • Proven understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are advantageous.
