Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

➧ Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project schedules and work programs in line with project scope and milestones.
- Monitor and control project schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to align schedules and resolve delays.
- Track project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from planned schedules.
- Prepare periodic progress reports, dashboards, and schedule variance analyses for management review.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, and scope requirements.
Support project teams in planning methodologies and scheduling best practices.
- Assist in recovery planning and mitigation strategies for delayed activities.

➧Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling.
- Prior experience in infrastructure and villa projects is preferred.
- Experience in building projects will be considered a strong advantage.
