Position Overview
IHG Hotels at Dubai Festival City is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Talent Resourcing to lead recruitment efforts across its portfolio of four world-class hotels: InterContinental, InterContinental Residence Suites, Crowne Plaza, and Holiday Inn & Suites. This role focuses on developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring the hotels maintain a high-performing and engaged workforce that delivers exceptional guest experiences.

Core Duties

* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and staffing needs
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection
* Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create tailored hiring plans
* Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking events, and industry contacts
* Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies
* Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
* Train, mentor, and guide recruitment team members to maintain high standards and best practices
* Build and maintain strong relationships with department heads and external partners
* Foster connections with universities and other talent sources to strengthen the recruitment pipeline
* Stay updated on labor market trends to anticipate and address future talent needs

Candidate Requirements

* Proven leadership experience in managing recruitment teams and processes
* Expertise in designing and executing recruitment strategies for large organizations
* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
* Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
* Analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and improve hiring outcomes
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
* Ability to adapt to evolving business priorities and fast-paced hospitality demands
