Roles & Responsibilities

Assistant Manager - TrainingJob DescriptionObtain training needs from projects and other departments.Prepare training content as per company standards in suitable format for delivery.Prepare training schedules/calendar.Conduct periodic evaluation of HSE Staff as per CoE requirements.Update or prepare training PPTs as per new training requirements and changes in legal requirements.Assist in preparation of training records and reports.Prepare various communications for disseminating additional information.Analyse feedback for improvement in training programs or PPTs.QualificationsB Sc.

in Physics/Mathematics/Chemistry OR 3 years fulltime Diploma in Mech./Civil/Electrical/Electronics/Fire and Safety from recognized Universities or institutions.ORB Tech in Mech./Civil/Electrical/Electronics/Fire and Safety from recognized Universities or institutions.Minimum Level 3 in Occupational Safety and Health Management from any Industry recognised institutions.ExperienceFor B Tech candidates, 8 years on site experience in all kinds of civil projects out of which minimum 4 years in high rise building construction.For Diploma and 3 years B Sc candidates, 12 years on site experience in all kinds of civil projects out of which minimum of 6 years in high rise building construction.Minimum of 2 years of training experience in HSE related subjects in a professional training establishment or in construction companies.Out of total desired experience, minimum 4 years in UAEOther TraitsVery good command over spoken and written English and any other Indian Languages or Arabic.Expert in content writing and development for training modules.Proficient in preparing PPTs.Coordination skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Mentoring abilities.UAE Driving license (preferable)

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates must have a B Sc.

in relevant fields or a diploma in engineering, along with significant on-site experience in civil projects and high-rise construction.

A minimum of 2 years of training experience in HSE subjects is also required.
