ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER - F&B NEEDED!


We're seeking a *highly organized and experienced Assistant Operations Manager* to support daily operations across our food & beverage outlets. If you have a strong background in F&B management and a proactive mindset, we d love to hear from you.


Experience: Minimum 5 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Transportation: *Must have a car*


Key Responsibilities:

Support the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of all branches

Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth service and compliance with company standards

Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and training needs

Assist in implementing SOPs and operational improvements

Track inventory, ordering, and supply chain efficiency

Handle reports, documentation, and follow-ups with various departments


Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the F&B industry in a supervisory or managerial role

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Experience in multi-branch restaurant operations is a strong plus
