Job Title:
Assistant Outlet Manager
Qualifications:
Diploma/ Graduate
Hotel Management / Hospitality Graduate (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Assist the Outlet Manager in daily outlet operations
Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
Supervise service staff and allocate daily duties
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ordering
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards
Support training and performance monitoring of staff
Prepare daily reports and assist in achieving sales targets
