Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and process visa applications, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, minimizing rejection rates.
- Liaise with government authorities (e.g., immigration, labor) to facilitate document approvals and resolve any related issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for company licenses, trade licenses, and permits, ensuring timely renewals and updates.
- Handle employee-related tasks such as Emirates ID applications, medical insurance enrollment, and employment contract management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fresh Graduate / Higher Secondary or a related field to understand the compliance requirements.
Good knowledge in Computer / Data Entry
Experience in a similar PRO role within the UAE is an advantage but not mandatory.
UAE National with a family book is a prerequisite, demonstrating eligibility for the position.
