Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders and supplier contracts.
Maintain accurate records of suppliers, pricing, and purchase transactions.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Support customs clearance and shipping documentation.
Provide administrative support to the procurement and logistics team.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
1 2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge on NAV system is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
