Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing daily and weekly production schedules
  • Coordinate between production machines and sales team regarding order status
  • Monitor machine output and update production progress reports
  • Support in determining delivery timelines based on production capacity
  • Follow up with maintenance and production teams to avoid delays
  • Update planning data and reports using Excel or ERP system
  • Report any production delays or bottlenecks to the Senior Production Planner
  • Support continuous improvement in workflow efficiency

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production
  • Knowledge of plastic production machines is preferred
  • Good user of Microsoft O ce
