The Department of Business Administration in the College of Business Administration at GUST invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Management or any related field to start in Fall 2026. The ideal candidate should hold a Ph.D. degree in Management with an active research record and has teaching experience in at least two of the following subjects: Strategic Management, Operations Management, International Business, Human Resource Management, Management and Organizational Behavior, and Entrepreneurship. The State of Kuwait does not recognize degrees from online universities.

Minimum Qualifications

The ideal candidate who should possess excellent communication skills in English must be ambitious, self-motivated, hard-working, with the ability to work both individually and as part of a multidisciplinary team where scientific creativity is essential. The applicant must have completed a PhD in Management or any related field from a reputable North American (U.S. or Canada) or European university with at least three years of teaching experience after the doctoral degree. Successful candidates are expected to publish high-quality research in leading peer-reviewed journals.
