Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Arranging viewings for potential leasing clients
- To lease designated portfolio by achieving the targets in occupancy & revenue
- Conduct and provide routine comparative market analysis studies on pricing provided by competitors
- Ensure that all units managed under the portfolio are operational & ready to lease
- Update all leads received in the CRM system and follow up all hot potential leads
- Ensure all the relevant paperwork has been provided to the office once the deal has been finalised and maintain all records
- Identify violations within the community and issue violation/ breaches notices accordingly and keep records and follow up on the same to ensure that the community rules are followed.
- Prepare reports to provide the manager with timely information review of the property management activities as well as service providers’ performance.
- Handle renewals and related negotiations
- Conduct a check-in / Check – out inspection for units with tenants as per the process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors Degree preferably in Business or Real Estate.
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of leasing experience.
- Dubai Market experience (non-freehold + freehold).
- Experience in high value transactions (E.g unit sizes in excess of 5000 SQ.FT).
- Strong network with reputable local corporations & multinational organizations.
