Key Responsibilities:

F&B and FMCG Experience.

Source and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery reliability.

Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with vendors to ensure favorable agreements.

Prepare purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely stock availability.

Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with store managers to prevent shortages or overstock.

Review supplier invoices and reconcile with purchase orders and deliveries.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and pricing.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and Lebanese legal requirements.

Coordinate with the finance department for timely payments and budgeting.

Evaluate supplier performance and provide recommendations for improvements.

Support the operations team with ad-hoc purchasing needs and stock-related inquiries.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
