Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure administrative management of personnel (contracts, employee files, absences, leave, certificates).
  • Participate in the recruitment process: publication of advertisements, sorting of applications, invitations and monitoring of interviews.
  • Contribute to the integration of new employees.
  • Monitor staff training and update training plans.
  • Assist in preparing payroll and monitoring variables (hours, bonuses, absences).

  • My experience with office tools and HR software.
  • Sense of confidentiality, rigor and organization.
  • Good interpersonal skills, listening skills and team spirit.
