Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure administrative management of personnel (contracts, employee files, absences, leave, certificates).
- Participate in the recruitment process: publication of advertisements, sorting of applications, invitations and monitoring of interviews.
- Contribute to the integration of new employees.
- Monitor staff training and update training plans.
- Assist in preparing payroll and monitoring variables (hours, bonuses, absences).
- My experience with office tools and HR software.
- Sense of confidentiality, rigor and organization.
- Good interpersonal skills, listening skills and team spirit.
