Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in retail or hospitality sectors.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
