Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key duties include handling stock replenishment, maintaining store cleanliness, and achieving sales targets. They often manage to handle cash transactions.
Assist for day-to-day tasks, including opening/closing.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure appealing product displays.
Motivate, assist retail associates to meet sales goals and follow company policies.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain a welcoming, clean store environment.
Generate daily reports, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in store operations (often 2 years) is typical.
Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills are essential.
Familiarity with inventory software, and basic reporting.
Education: A bachelor university degree.
Candidate must be in UAE.
