Roles & Responsibilities
What You ll Do
- Lead and inspire the team to maintain exceptional customer service standards and ensure customer experiences align with brand expectations.
- Drive store sales, monitor KPIs, and take proactive steps to increase revenue and profitability.
- Manage and implement sales promotions, brand activities, and campaigns, coordinating with support teams for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Buying, and Planning teams, providing feedback to optimize product offerings and store performance.
- Oversee smooth operations in the Store Manager s absence, addressing challenges and ensuring continuity.
- Enforce company policies, guidelines, and compliance standards to reduce stock loss and maintain operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with cross-functional teams to support store success.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or High School certificate required; qualifications in Retail Management or related fields are an advantage.
- 4 5 years of retail industry experience with proven management skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to effectively manage store teams.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver superior service standards.
- Solid understanding of sales strategies, promotions, and retail KPIs.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to fast-paced environments, and manage operations independently.
