Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient task completion.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor employee performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing performance improvement plans when needed.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and tracking stock to minimize waste.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Holds relevant certifications, such as a supervisory or leadership certification.
Demonstrates experience in the hospitality or retail industry.
Has a minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience, showcasing leadership capabilities.
Must be fluent in English & Arabic
