Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Organic & Digital Marketing
Lead Generation
- Drive organic growth through SEO strategy, website optimization, and owned channel management
- Leverage SEMrush and analytics tools for keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance tracking
- Develop and optimize website content to improve search rankings and user engagement
- Monitor and report on content performance with actionable recommendations for improvement
CRM & Lead Generation
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize CRM-driven campaigns including email marketing, lead nurturing workflows, and marketing automation
- Maintain data integrity through accurate CRM segmentation, tagging, and hygiene practices
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up processes
- Analyze and report on lead quality, funnel conversion rates, and campaign ROI
Sales Enablement & Content Creation
Sales Support
- Design compelling sales collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and product sheets
- Create brand-aligned presentations that effectively communicate value propositions to prospects
- Continuously update and refine sales materials based on market feedback and performance data
- Partner with sales teams to identify content gaps and develop materials that address customer objections
Brand Management & Campaign Execution
Brand Consistency
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with brand guidelines, messaging architecture, and tone of voice
- Support campaign planning from concept through execution, including internal communications
- Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints (digital, email, sales, events)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver cohesive brand experiences
Performance Analytics & Optimization
Data-Driven Insights
- Track, measure, and report on marketing KPIs across organic, paid, CRM, and campaign activities
- Identify trends, opportunities, and optimization recommendations based on data analysis
- Maintain organized documentation, marketing asset libraries, and performance dashboards
- Present insights to stakeholders with clear, actionable recommendations
Desired Candidate Profile
3-5 years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrable results in digital marketing, CRM, or content marketingbr> Proven track record working within established brand frameworks and guidelinesbr>B2B marketing experience, preferably in services, technology, or eCommerce sectorsbr>Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, customer journey mapping, and conversion optimization
Technical Skills & Tools

- Solid foundation in digital marketing principles including SEO, SEM, and content marketing
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Advanced presentation design skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva)
- Excellent written communication with strong attention to detail and brand voice
- Proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
