Associate Cost Consultancy (Sports Facilities)

Location: Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an Associate-level Cost Consultant to join a leading cost consultancy currently delivering a tennis court project in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially strong professional with relevant sports or external works experience to join a growing team in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost planning and cost control across the project lifecycle
• Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documentation
• Tender evaluation, reporting, and contract administration support
• Ongoing cost reporting and change management
• Liaison with clients, consultants, and contractors

Requirements

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar
• Proven experience in cost consultancy / QS roles
• Relevant experience with sports facilities, ideally tennis courts or similar projects
• Strong understanding of external works and infrastructure costs
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly desirable
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Strong client-facing and work winning focus
