Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This position sits at the heart of strategy execution, combining business performance management with programme leadership (PMO). You will be responsible for ensuring the organisation is aligned on priorities, tracking performance, and successfully delivering strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Performance
- Develop and manage a group-wide performance framework and KPIs
- Lead regular performance reviews with senior leadership
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
- Prepare executive-level reports, including board updates
Programme Management Office (PMO)
- Establish and lead a best-in-class PMO function
- Oversee a portfolio of strategic initiatives and ensure delivery on time and within budget
- Drive alignment between strategy and execution across multiple business units
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across programmes
- Lead change management efforts to support implementation
