Roles & Responsibilities

Project Planning, Execution & Delivery


  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring progress monitoring, timely completion, and alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Implement contractors’ mitigation and execution plans, including procurement strategies, resource allocation, and schedule management.

  • Facilitate change requests, assessing and communicating impacts on scope, schedule, and budget.

  • Enforce structured project delivery processes and ensure quality, cost, and timeline adherence.


Resource & Financial Management


  • Initiate job requisitions and coordinate procurement of services and works across departments.

  • Ensure efficient and compliant project and budget management, adhering to organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

  • Monitor actual project costs versus budgets and provide consolidated financial reports to Senior Management.

  • Partner with sector leads and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of all technical aspects of projects.


Risk & Compliance Management


  • Identify, assess, and monitor project risks, developing mitigation plans and controls to safeguard project outcomes.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, industry standards, and approvals from relevant authorities.

  • Provide input in the development of project documentation, user manuals, and training materials to ensure seamless implementation and client handover.


Stakeholder, Client & Strategic Leadership


  • Serve as primary client relationship manager, collaborating with Executive Director and clients to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with colleagues, development partners, and clients, navigating complex situations with professionalism, communication, and proactive problem-solving.

  • Define project objectives and success criteria, regularly reviewing progress for strategic alignment.

  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and global best practices in project management and real estate development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related specialization.

  • Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).

  • Strong understanding of industry-specific delivery standards, technologies, statutory, regulatory, and quality compliance requirements relevant to project delivery.

  • Familiarity with UAE Building Codes, environmental regulations, and Dubai construction laws.

  • Minimum 10–12 years of overall project management experience.

  • At least 4–6 years in a project lead or manager role.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with a developer, contractor, or consultant.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite – PowerPoint; Power BI for dashboards and reports.

  • Technical expertise in construction management, engineering principles, and architectural design.

  • Experienced with project management software (e.g., Primavera or relevant tools).

  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to liaise effectively with technical teams.

  • Expertise in risk management, project planning, budgeting, and scope management.

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.

  • Execution & Delivery: Results-oriented; ensures operational excellence, takes ownership of problems, and provides timely, outcome-driven solutions.

  • Accountability: Takes responsibility for work output and its consequences.

  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Fosters trust, collaboration, and support; works across functions to achieve organizational goals.
