Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead geotechnical project delivery across KSA.
- Provide technical oversight and ensure high-quality, compliant outputs.
- Build, mentor, and support development of the local team.
- Contribute to bids, proposals, and business development activities.
- Strengthen relationships with clients and regulatory authorities.
Key Knowledge and Skills
- Expert knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles and standards.
- Strong understanding of KSA regulations and authority processes.
- Leadership, mentoring, and strategic growth capability.
- Commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.

Key Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Master s preferred).
- Extensive experience in geotechnical design and project leadership.
