Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Associate - Guest Experience & Product at Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall guest experience by supporting product development and continuous improvement initiatives. This position is focused on gathering guest feedback, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with various departments to refine and innovate offerings to maximize engagement and satisfaction. The Associate will assist in the deployment of new products and experiences, working closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in product development processes by gathering guest insights and feedback through surveys and interactions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform potential enhancements to guest experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to launch new products and experiences effectively.
- Support the planning and execution of guest-focused initiatives and special events.
- Develop communication materials that articulate product features and guest benefits.
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities for improvements.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on goals and share insights.
- Assist in creating training materials for staff to ensure exceptional delivery of products and experiences.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
Bachelor s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in guest experience, product development, or related roles.
- Experience in the theme park, hospitality, or entertainment industries is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
Core Competencies:
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Curious and proactive in finding solutions to enhance guest experiences.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
