Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains and updates HR databases with accurate employee records.
- Ensures data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Analyzes HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, recruitment costs, and employee performance trends.
- Prepares reports and dashboards to support HR planning and strategic decision-making.
- Supports payroll coordination and benefits administration.
- Assists in benchmarking compensation data against industry standards.
- Assists in ensuring HR policies and procedures align with local labor regulations.
- Supports internal audits and compliance reporting as needed.
Work Schedule: Full time

Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience Level:
- More than 3 years of experience in HR, data analysis, or a related function.
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical or organizational experience (e.g., student leadership, finance internships) are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical, budgeting, or process coordination backgrounds in related fields such as finance or business operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with HR systems or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Compensation and Benefits Support.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.
