Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Within our teams, you will be responsible for the supervision and monitoring of IT systems to guarantee their availability and performance.
You will join a dynamic team, organized using Agile methodologies, and participate in strategic projects with a strong operational impact.
As a Junior Operations Pilot , you will be involved in various tasks such as:
- Monitoring of systems and applications in production.
- Incident management and escalation to the relevant teams.
- Execution of operating procedures and planned processing.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of operational processes.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma m (e) of a Bac+2/3 in computer science or equivalent.
- First experience (internship or 1 year) in IT operations.
- Knowledge of system environments (Windows, Linux) and monitoring tools.
- Sense of organization and rigor in the application of procedures.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
