Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Associate Interior Designer will play a key leadership role within the studio, supporting project delivery from concept through to completion. This position requires a confident designer with strong technical expertise, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to manage fast-paced, high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee high-end residential and hospitality projects across all design stages
  • Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and material selections
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and consultant coordination
  • Oversee technical drawing packages and FF&E specifications
  • Liaise directly with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Mentor and support junior designers within the studio
  • Ensure design integrity is maintained throughout execution

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 12 years experience in interior design
  • Proven experience delivering high-end residential and/or luxury hospitality projects
  • Strong technical knowledge and detailing capability
  • Experience working within the UAE market
  • Based in Dubai and available to work in-office five days per week
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
