Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Manage end-to-end order delivery of all e& products efficiently and within the timeline maintaining the KPI’s to ensure right-first-time delivery

• Ensure that the delivery of services to e& customers are monitored and maintained to the high levels of quality, standards and operability as defined within negotiated and agreed service level agreements, parameters or contracts

• consistently meet or exceed customers' expectations

• Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments to provision the services within the agreed KPI.

• 'Manage Upwards' to ensure that senior management are informed about issues before they escalate, and can intervene as appropriate

• Ensure section monthly set KPIs are met for Ordering to Delivery

• Manage and update regularly to customers on their order status, delivery timelines and respond to Sales/Customer queries within the agreed timeline.

• Prepare internal Weekly, Monthly of order status report highlighting the KPI achievements, breaches to Management or as and when required.

• Explore and Propose alternate solutions in coordination with Technology Department to meet customer demand and needs.

• Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary.
