Roles & Responsibilities

What the job involves
Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process from origination to execution and portfolio management
Developing and analysing financial models
Leading certain workstreams such as various diligence processes as well being the point of contact for industry experts, management teams and investment partners
Working alongside other top-tier asset managers / private equity funds on co-investment opportunities
Who we are looking for
Candidates must have experience of working in real estate investments in the USA.
Experience of working in a real estate M&A / investment banking team of a top-tier investment bank or fund, focused on the USA
Outstanding academics from a top-tier university
Strong business acumen and high professional integrity
