Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop the team by working closely with each member.
  • Hold weekly meetings with the team and regular cadence meetings with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Provide weekly updates for the team to ensure goals and KPIs will be exceeded.
  • Conduct 1:1 meetings with each team member weekly.
  • Set and fulfill OKRs that enhance team performance and ensure exceeding of targets.
  • Partner on key strategies that drive the growth of the team.
  • Partner with various sales team managers to ensure new acquisition targets are met.
  • Take an active role in influencing new strategies to optimize workflow and enhance team efficiency.
  • Shadow the SDR TL and New Business Team Leads to identify new strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure all clients' requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.




Desired Candidate Profile

Desired Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of Enterprise sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients.
  • A good understanding of the real estate industry.
  • Strong customer service mindset with experience dealing with enterprise clients.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data and suggesting solutions to maximize ROI.
  • Time management and strong organizational skills
  • Problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage
  • Highly computer literate adept at Google Sheets and Slides.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or science major.
  • At least 3-5 years of selling in a SaaS/Subscription environment.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills internally and externally.
  • Focused, reliable and responsible self-starter that can self-manage with strong critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Experience in real estate, media, tech, software, advertising and/or marketplace-based businesses preferred.
