Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Workforce planning and forecasting
  • Develop detailed recruitment plans
  • End-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Manage and track multiple requisitions related to different organizations simultaneously
  • Manage global or cross-border recruitment processes

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in workforce planning and forecasting
  • Ability to develop detailed recruitment plans
  • HR procedures knowledge
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Ability to manage and track multiple requisitions related to different organizations simultaneously
  • Familiarity with HR Systems is preferred (Success Factors)
  • Knowledge of labor market trends and recruitment analytics
  • Experience with global or cross-border recruitment processes

  • Certified International Diploma in Personnel Management (CIDP)
  • HR-related certification and experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and diplomatic communication skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical capabilities
