Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor ATM network performance, identifying and resolving hardware and software issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal functionality.
  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance, including software updates, hardware diagnostics, and security patching, to maximize ATM lifespan and security.
  • Manage and maintain ATM software, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting, ensuring compatibility and seamless operation.
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support for ATM-related incidents, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex problems efficiently.
  • Oversee ATM security protocols, including physical security, network security, and data encryption, to safeguard sensitive financial transactions.
  • Analyze ATM performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Manage ATM inventory, including spare parts, consumables, and software licenses, ensuring sufficient stock levels to support ATM operations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including troubleshooting guides, standard operating procedures, and incident reports, for ATM support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ATM technologies, security threats, and industry best practices, continuously improving ATM support capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and operations, to implement new ATM features, upgrades, and security enhancements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electric and Electronics or a related field, providing a strong foundation in technical principles.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as A+, Network+, or vendor-specific ATM certifications, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
  • Demonstrates 3-5 years of experience in ATM support, maintenance, or related field, showcasing practical expertise in ATM operations.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of ATM hardware, software, and network infrastructure, ensuring effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in ATM software configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting, ensuring efficient ATM performance.
  • Displays excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling effective diagnosis and resolution of ATM-related issues.
  • Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Demonstrates a proactive and detail-oriented approach, ensuring the consistent and reliable operation of ATM systems.
  • Possesses experience with various ATM brands and models, showcasing versatility and adaptability.
  • Should have experience in the banking or financial services industry, providing relevant industry knowledge and understanding.
