Description:

The Attack/ Recon Ground Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality academic instruction and hands-on performance training to helicopter pilot students under the direction of the Aviation Institute. This role focuses on qualification training for pilots, ensuring adherence to academic standards and aviation regulations. The instructor will conduct comprehensive classroom and simulator-based training, evaluate student proficiency, and maintain accurate academic records to support the overall success of the training program.

Qualifications :

• Graduate of a US military aviation course or equivalent.

• Ten (10) years Experience in aviation mission (Attack, Observation, Utility, Multi-Mission) operations.

• Five (5) years experience as an Instructor.

• Knowledge of Aviation training concepts and administration.

• Demonstrated past performance in the development of Programs of Instruction, policies, and operational procedures.

• Ability to communicate effectively with foreign military students in a professional and courteous manner.

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
