Roles & Responsibilities
Attraction Attendant (Seasonal)
This position is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operation in the Attractions Department in relation to the company's core process; thus, directly impacting the opening and closing of the rides and leisure facilities, delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Meet and greet guests as they enter rides.
- Ensure children are of the appropriate height and age for rides.
- Display a friendly, helpful, and cheerful attitude while communicating effectively with our guests and fellow team members.
- Maintains high ethical and professional standards.
- Announce and demonstrate safety and emergency procedures.
- To assist with emergency situations that may arise in order to minimize possible damage, loss, or injury to any Guests, team members, or Company property.
Desired Candidate Profile
High School education.
- Previous work experience in Leisure, Theme Park, or Hospitality would be an advantage.
- Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands.
- Guest service skills and English communication skills.
- Able to read and interpret manuals relating to safety, operations, and procedures.
