Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Mix paints to the correct color and consistency using computerized systems or manual techniques.
- Match paint shades accurately to original vehicle color.
- Prepare small and large batches of paint as per job requirements.
- Maintain inventory of paints, thinners, and other materials.
- Ensure safe handling, labeling, and storage of chemicals and paints.
- Support auto painters by providing the right paint at the right time.
- Keep mixing area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Record paint formulas and usage for future reference.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or technical certificate (preferred).
- Experience in automotive paint mixing or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of color theory and paint mixing techniques.
- Familiarity with computerized paint mixing systems.
- Attention to detail and precision in matching colors.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures for handling chemicals.
