Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all AutoCAD drawings, ensuring accuracy, revisions, and adherence to project specifications, guaranteeing flawless execution.
- Supervise site activities, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure projects progress smoothly, on schedule, and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings, ensuring comprehensive records.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a strong technical foundation.
Holds a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and AutoCAD, demonstrating practical expertise.
Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software, showcasing essential technical skills.
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of construction methodologies and building codes, ensuring project success.
The candidate should be a Diploma holder in Mechanical/ Civil with minimum+ 2-5 years relevant experience in preparing shop drawings, As built drawings, detailed drawings of glass & metal fabrication works in similar companies knowledge coral draw and site measurements/supervision preferred.
