Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their automobile purchasing requirements and preferences.
  • Present vehicles to customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
  • Explain vehicle features and performance, warranties, services, and financing options to potential buyers.
  • Build and maintain a strong clientele by continually following up on leads and inquiries.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals with customers efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to educate and inform potential customers about the products and services available.
  • Assist customers with the completion of necessary paperwork related to vehicle purchases.
  • Remain updated on current automobile industry trends and market developments.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall profitability of the dealership.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training programs for continuous professional development.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales customer service and address any client questions or concerns.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automobile industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach to sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
  • Knowledge of automobile specifications, features, and technical details.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for tracking leads and deals.
  • A valid driver s license and a clean driving record are required.
