Job description: A Service Marketing role in the automotive industry focuses on promoting service-related offerings such as maintenance, repairs, and aftersales support to boost dealership and manufacturer revenue. Key responsibilities include developing and executing marketing plans, analyzing market trends, supporting customer retention strategies, and coordinating service campaigns. Core Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing initiatives to grow service business and ensure profitability. Plan and manage advertising and promotional campaigns including print, digital, and events related to service operations. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer demographics to optimize service offerings. Manage service-related content creation ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Coordinate with service teams and other departments to deliver a superior customer experience and optimize communication. Use customer feedback and market research to identify new opportunities and improve service programs. Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to meet targets. Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers to guarantee campaign success. Required Skills Strong analytical ability to interpret market trends and performance data.
